2. Application

The application windows in 2026 are as follow:

5 January to 25 January 2026

  • Interview period: February to end-March 2026
  • Start work on: 29 June or 11 August 2026

23 March to 12 April 2026 - For Malay Language Kindergarten Teacher only

  • Interview period: end-April to May 2026
  • Start work on: 11 August or 12 October 2026

20 July to 2 August 2026

  • Interview period: mid-August to September 2026
  • Start work on: 12 October or 28 December 2026

For the application window that opens in March 2026, you may submit your application via Careers@Gov during the application window by clicking on the link and searching for “Malay Language Kindergarten Teacher”.

What you need to know

  • When filling up the application form, under the field ‘Position applied for', please select ‘MOE Kindergarten'. Otherwise, there could be a delay in the processing of your application.
  • In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 4 weeks from the close of the application window. Applicants who are shortlisted will be invited for an interview. Following your interview, our recruitment team will carefully evaluate all interviewed candidates. If you have not heard from us within 3 weeks after your interview, your application is still being actively considered.  
  • You may check the status of your application periodically via Careers@Gov.
