What is the main criterion for the selection of a canteen stallholder?
The main criterion for the selection of stallholder is the suitability to run and manage the stalls. Applicants are expected to:
- Able to provide food and drinks that meet the health/nutritional standards set by Health Promotion Board;
- Able to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices;
- Able to observe a high standard of personal and food hygiene

While financial hardship cases will be given due consideration, the primary consideration is the suitability and ability of the applicants.
