S1 Option Form
In late November, all PSLE pupils will be given a personalised S1 Option Form when they receive their PSLE results slip. Pupils are required to hand the S1 Option Form to their parents. Parents are to indicate their child’s secondary school options by completing the S1 Option Form.
The completed S1 Option Form can be submitted either physically to the child’s primary school or electronically via the S1 Internet System.
The S1 Option Form must be sealed when first received as it contains a unique password (S1 PIN) for parents to submit their child’s secondary school options through the S1 Internet System. Parents should inform the primary school immediately if the S1 Option Form is not sealed. To prevent any unauthorized access to the S1 Internet System, parents should keep the S1 PIN confidential.
Parents are advised to indicate all the six secondary school choices. The six school choices should be made in the order of preference. Download a sample of the S1 Option Form (40kb .pdf).
Note: Parents who may not be in Singapore at the time can authorise someone to collect the PSLE results and S1 Option Form from the primary school.
