Education Policy Analyst
Job Description
Be part of a dynamic team responsible for strategising and designing policies to achieve MOE’s educational goals. As an Education Policy Analyst, you’d be involved in driving research and working with various stakeholders to formulate, review and implement education policies covering a wide range of issues including school and higher education policy, MOE’s talent attraction and retention efforts, school development planning and education finance.

Entry Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident with a good honours degree from a reputable university
- Up to 5 years of working experience
- Have excellent analytical, communication and written skills
- Be able to work effectively independently and in teams
- Possess a strong interest in education issues
Remuneration Package
As Education Policy Analysts, you will be appointed on the Management Executive Scheme of Service. Successful candidates will first be offered appointment on a 2-year contract at entry level. Officers with good performance will be placed on permanent establishment after 1 year in service. The starting salary will commensurate with the academic qualifications and working experience of successful applicants.
Training
As Education Policy Analysts, you will be given opportunities to participate in a range of training and development programmes that are designed to sharpen your analytical skills and enhance your leadership capabilities. You will also be presented with opportunities to work in inter-divisional projects to broaden your perspectives in education policy. Good performing officers may also be sponsored by the Ministry for postgraduate studies.
