Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholar

Toll takes pride in deploying talents across spectrums of operational and functional roles within it's verticals. This is carefully planned with strong emphasis to stretch the scholars potential along with leadership development.

Scholars would be given a head-start by having internship opportunities in various operational roles within Toll during their University studies. Upon graduation, scholars can elect to either join the two year Graduate Program as management trainees or move into a direct entry role.

The Graduate Program provides structured training that includes on-the-job training where scholars will be exposed via business verticals rotations across ST Logistics and Toll Group to gain practical knowledge and experience.

Upon completion of the Program, scholars will be deployed taking in consideration their strengths and where their skills can be maximized to develop individual expertise.
