students with local or international qualifications who are not eligible
to apply for courses under other admissions exercises.

Minimum entry requirement (MER) for students with international qualifications
Students with:
Year 12 qualifications may apply for polytechnics admissions.
Year 10 qualifications and are Singaporeans may apply for polytechnics admissions.
Note: Students may be required to sit for further assessments or interviews administered by the polytechnics.
