1.Working adults looking to keep their skills relevant or to upgrade their capabilities can now find suitable Continuing Education & Training (CET) programmes more easily with the launch of the portal. This supports one of SkillsFuture’s key thrusts, which is to help individuals make well-informed choices in education, training and careers, so that they can upgrade and progress throughout their working lives and develop the skills needed to access new opportunities in a changing economy. is a centralised online course directory offering quick access to information on the almost 250 part-time courses offered by the publicly-funded universities, polytechnics and the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) which are subsidised by the Ministry of Education (MOE). The CET courses lead to qualifications such as Nitec, diploma, post-Diploma and degrees, covering a wide spectrum of industries, disciplines and skill levels.

3.The portal will help adult learners better navigate the breadth of courses available and find those that suit their learning needs and areas of interest. With the portal, users can: * Search for relevant courses with the “Find Me a Course” option, which features a handy side-by-side comparison tool for courses; * Obtain information on subsidies, incentive schemes and financial assistance schemes, as well as learn more about the various types of programmes and progression pathways; and * Access course information on-the-go, with a mobile app for Android and iOS devices from February 2015.
