Requirements

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to engage children.
  • Enthusiasm and creativity to nurture the next generation.
  • Strong in multi-tasking and organisational skills.
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T); or an equivalent qualification.
  • Applicants who are proficient in signing will be considered for deployment to MK@Mayflower.
Note: While the MK Teacher role is a rewarding one, it also comes with expectations and demands at work. Applicants should have the fitness and stamina to deliver lessons, and resilience required to engage children safely and carry out their duties effectively. As part of application processing, candidates may be required to undergo a pre-employment medical examination.

Salary and benefits

Your starting salary will range from $2,970 to $5,200. Your exact salary takes into consideration:

  • Relevant experience and time spend on the job.
  • Academic training.
  • Full-time National Service, if applicable.
