Examination Services

The MOE Customer Service Centre (MOE CSC) offers three main types of examination-related services that can be transacted at our one-stop service centre.

Lost Certificates / Purchase of Statement of Results

  • Certificates for national examinations (PSLE, GCE N-/O-/A-Levels) are controlled documents. Hence no replacement certificates will be issued if you lose them.

  • If you are a SingPass holder, please obtain your past years’ GCE-Level examination results online via your Skills Passport, available from the MySkillsFuture portal, or through the MySkillsFuture mobile application. Visit the 'individuals' tab of the SkillsPassport FAQs for information on how to retrieve and view your digitised examination results.

  • If you are a non-SingPass holder, or if you wish to retrieve your PSLE results or GCE-Level results that are not yet available in your Skills Passport, you may purchase a Statement of Results (SOR) by submitting your application via email or post to the MOE Customer Service Centre. The SORs are official documents certifying the achievements of candidates in their examinations.
