Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister for Education and Second Minister for Defence, to Visit People’s Republic of China
Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister for Education and Second Minister for Defence, will visit the People’s Republic of China from 23-26 February 2009.
Dr Ng will meet with his counterpart, China Education Minister Zhou Ji, to explore further collaborations in education between the two countries. He will also visit schools and universities in Beijing and Shanghai to learn more about the developments in China’s education system.
Dr Ng will be accompanied by senior officials from the Ministry of Education, and school principals.
