Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister for Education and Second Minister for Defence, to Visit Republic of Korea and People’s Republic of China
Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister for Education and Second Minister for Defence, will visit the Republic of Korea and the People’s Republic of China from 27–30 October 2008.
While in Korea, Dr Ng will meet with his education counterpart, Minister Ahn Byong-Man, to explore further collaborations in education. He will also meet with education professionals and thought leaders, and visit schools and universities in Korea. In China, Dr Ng will visit education institutions to learn more about current developments in their education landscape.
Dr Ng will be accompanied by Ms Grace Fu, Senior Minister of State for National Development and Education as well as senior officials from the Ministry of Education.
