VISIT OF MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND 2ND MINISTER FOR DEFENCE RADM TEO CHEE HEAN TO CHINA AND HONG KONG, 24 - 29 JUNE 2001

 

          RAdm Teo Chee Hean will be making a study visit to Shanghai and Hong Kong from 24 - 29 June to strengthen educational ties and exchanges. He will be meeting education officials and visiting schools and tertiary education institutions to gain a better understanding of recent developments on the education front and how they support the future growth and development of the two cities. He will also meet Singaporeans living in Shanghai and Hong Kong.

          RAdm Teo will be accompanied by officials from Ministry of Education.
