Plans Still Being Worked Out
We refer to last Saturday’s report (‘New Science Centre: Plans delayed for 4 years’).
The Ministry of Education has provided more than $100 million over the past eight years to fund the Science Centre’s operations and programmes. These include science enrichment programmes, exhibitions and events that promote hands-on exploratory learning.
The redevelopment plans for the Science Centre Singapore, including the project scope, construction costs and timeline, are still being worked out.
The Science Centre will release information on the redevelopment plans when they are available.
