Be the champion and catalyst in harnessing educational technologies to enhance educational processes in schools.

Professional Development and Consultancy Branch: Develop effective professional development models and programmes on ICT in education; Develop school's capacity on ICT integration into curriculum; Promote effective and innovative use of ICT in education; Build school leadership capacity in technology planning, implementation and evaluation; Advise schools on ICT policies and guidelines; Act as information broker to connect schools with resources and expertise on ICT education; Support schools to initiate special ICT projects
Technologies for Learning Branch: Explore and experiment with emerging technologies and ICT-based pedagogies to enhance teaching and learning processes; Promote an action research culture on the use of ICT in education; Establish strategic partnership with agencies related to educational technology; Participate in international studies on ICT in education; Evaluate different technologies and media resources to assess how they can be effectively integrated into curriculum; Drive the development of pedagogically sound, effective and innovative ICT resources for teaching and learning; Experiment on the innovative use of technologies and media resources
