Enrichment Activities: Physics to Excite

Aim

The aim of Physics to Excite is to interest pupils in Physics; and to allow them to develop their creative and critical thinking skills in Physics through demonstrations and hands-on sessions.

Description

Physics to Excite is carried out as a post-examination activity for Primary 6 GEP pupils and is held at the Physics Department in the National University of Singapore. It consists of experimental demonstrations in various topics in Physics as well as hands-on sessions in Electronics and Mechanics. Concepts necessary for them to understand the results of their experiments will be explained using analogies, computer simulation, video and demonstration.
