2011 SPERS-JC/MI Application

Returning Singaporeans (RS) should complete and submit the 2011 SPERS-JC/MI Application Form between 25 Jul and 18 Nov 2011 and may submit their completed forms and fees via one of the following modes:

Please note that both applications and payment of fees must reach PAI or MOE CSC latest by 18 Nov 2011. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. As postal mail from some countries may take more than three weeks to arrive in Singapore, returning Singaporeans are advised to apply as early as possible.

Please note that the fees are non-refundable and applicants are advised to consider their availability for the exercise carefully before applying. Applicants may make payment via one of the following modes.

Payment Mode Remarks
Credit Card Applicants would be able to enter their credit card details as part of the hard copy application form.
Cash / NETS This option requires applicants to make payment in person at MOE CSC.
Cheque / Bank draft

Applicants may issue a cheque (issued by a Singapore-based bank) or a bank draft drawn on a bank in Singapore. Payment should be made payable to “Principals Academy Inc. Pte Ltd”, and the cheque should be crossed.

The applicant’s name and NRIC must be written on the reverse of the cheque / bank draft.

Reporting for SPERS-JC/MI Tests

Applicants whose applications are in order will receive an acknowledgement from the Principals Academy within one week of their applications (latest by 24 Nov 2011). The acknowledgement will include applicant details, SPERS-JC/MI Eligibility Phase Regulations and the timetable for the papers.

The SPERS-JC/MI tests will be conducted on 30 Nov 2011 (Wednesday) at the Principals Academy, 9 Woodlands Ave 9, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore 738964. All applicants are to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the papers and be seated in their assigned desks at least 15 minutes before the papers’ commencement.

Preparing for SPERS-JC/MI Tests

Applicants should be familiar with the English and Mathematics topics taught in mainstream secondary schools, especially in Secondary 3 and 4. Please refer to the ‘O’ Level syllabuses at the Subject Syllabuses website for more information.
