Important Dates for 2010 PSLE Pupils
Below are some important dates (tentative) for 2010 PSLE pupils:

| Submission of S1 Option Form for secondary school options via S1 Internet System | 25 November to 1 December 2010, including weekend on 27 and 28 November 2010. S1-IS is accessible 24 hours starting from 12 noon on 25 November 2010 until 3pm on 1 December 2010. |
| Submission of S1 Option Form for secondary school options through Primary Schools | 25 November to 1 December 2010, excluding weekend on 27 and 28 November 2010. Submission starts from 12noon to 3pm on 25 November 2010; and 9am to 3pm on 26 November to 1 December 2010. |
| Release of School Posting Results | 22 Dec 2010 |

Note: The dates indicated above are subject to change. Any changes to the above dates will be informed separately.
The above information is provided to help parents plan their year-end vacation. If, for one reason or another, the pupils and parents are not in Singapore during the S1 Posting Exercise, the parents can authorise a proxy to act on their behalf to (i) collect their child’s PSLE results and S1 Option Form from their child’s primary school and/or (ii) submit the completed S1 Option Form to their child’s primary school. For collection and submission at the primary school, the proxy would be required to produce the following documents for verification:
- Completed Proxy form from the parent of the pupil*
- A photocopy of the parent’s NRIC (both sides)
- A photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the pupil
- Photocopy of the proxy’s NRIC (both sides). Proxy is required to produce original NRIC at the school when requested.
* Please note that a standard proxy form is attached at the front of the S1 Information booklet for parents / guardians to use if necessary.
