MOESSC has facilities for the following programmes, in sailing, windsurfing and kayaking.
Available time slots and equipments are limited by availability and number of MOESSC's officers. However, if demands exceed such availability, we can assist in contacting external instructors for schools, on a paying-basis. Recommended ratio of students to instructor is 10:1.
1. CCA Programme
On a yearly basis, one session per week, weekdays, morning or afternoon,during school term. Schools which want to start Sailing, Kayaking or Windsurfing as a CCA may seek advice from the relevant CCAB Advisors. Schools with Sailing as a CCA may apply for funding from MOE.
(Target Proficiency: from beginner to Level 1 Certification or equivalent)
2. Modular
On a per term basis, one session per week, morning or afternoon, during school term.
(Target Proficiency: Basic Skills)
3. School Teams Training Sessions
Schools provide their own instructors, MOESSC helps with equipment such as powerboats depending on availability.
4. Others
Schools can book equipment for sea sports activities for their Outdoor Activities Clubs, Character Development Programme, Community Involvement Projects and Enrichment Programmes for students in TAF Club, Student Council or Prefectorial Board, etc.
Requests for sessions and use of equipment are submitted by fax. Application form can be downloaded from this website. Note: these bookings are meant for school-initiated activities and not for activities which have been outsourced to vendors.

c) Arrangement can be made to conduct Windsurfing Courses for teachers from a school.
