Human Resource Partner
Job Description
As a Human Resource (HR) Partner in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will work with School Leaders and senior officers in MOE HQ as their partner on HR management matters. You will play a crucial role in the implementation of HR policies, strategies and initiatives for the effective management and development of staff in schools and MOE HQ.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and quality advice to School Leaders and senior officers in MOE HQ on HR management matters
- Supporting schools and MOE HQ Units in HR planning, covering key areas such as resource management, staff retention and engagement, leadership development, and training and development
- Tracking and reporting of HR performance at the school/HQ-level and updating MOE senior management on key HR issues that occur at school/HQ-level
- Implementing critical HR operations such as performance management, manpower planning and deployment
Requirements
- A good university degree in any discipline with at least 3 years working experience in a human resource-related field
- Possess high level of initiative and motivation with excellent customer service skills
- Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
