Job Description
As Head (Finance) in Curriculum Planning and Development Division (CPDD), your key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating, implementing and reviewing guidelines for effective financial management in CPDD
- Ensuring that the processes for procurement and payments are in compliance with financial regulations
- Managing and monitoring the Divisional budget
- Developing and providing supporting frameworks for the regulation of the Singapore Examination and Assessments Board
Requirements
- A good university degree in any discipline with relevant experience and background in finance / accounting
- Good team player with clear oral and written communication skills
- Possess leadership and management qualities to be responsive to demands of a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational awareness and people skills
- Familiarity with MOE systems and processes will be an advantage
