Customer Service Executive
Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will support the Ministry in providing excellent service and first contact resolution to customers. Your key responsibilities include:
- Servicing customers’ transactions and enquiries through the various communication channels in a professional and friendly manner
- Providing customers with accurate information and feasible solutions based on their needs and requirements
- Ensuring all transactional information and system entries are captured in an accurate, complete and timely manner
Requirements
- A Local Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline with preferably Customer Service and Contact Centre related experience and/or qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Contact Centre environment, KPIs and best practices would be an advantage
