Cameraman
Job Description
As a Cameraman in the Educational Technology Division, you will assist producers in the production of educational video programmes related to the curricula for the use by teachers and students in our schools.
Your responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing studio and location video recordings in consultation with media producers
- Assisting in video editing and video post-production
- Operating camera, lighting, sound equipment and any other equipment required for video production
- Maintaining video production equipment including camera, lighting and sound equipment
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- A local polytechnic diploma in the field of film, sound and video production or equivalent
- Applicants with GCE ‘O’ level qualification should have at least 4 GCE ‘O’ levels passes with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Avid Media Composer, Finalcut Pro or Adobe Premier
- Possession of class 3 driving license preferred
- An energetic and dynamic person who works well with people of all levels and has fresh and creative ideas
Remuneration Package
Successful candidates will be offered appointment on contract basis. The appointment grade and starting salary will be commensurate with the academic qualifications and work experience of successful applicants. Those who have completed full-time National Service will be granted increments.
